The project as a whole can be seen as a sustainable investment as young people and trainers involved learn new skills for their daily life and work that can be directly tested. They are acting as multipliers to peers and colleagues, same for people not directly involved in the training.
The youth employment initiative results in high performance and efficiency in education and training, by combining different sectors to fully explore the possibility of a European strategic partnership and to open up new possibilities for a sustainable and efficient innovative training method.
