On April 26th and 27th, 2022, representatives of LAG AGRO LEADER took part in the final transnational meeting within the YEI project, which took place in Molfeta, Italy.
The Youth Employment Initiative project is implemented by LAG AGRO LIDER in partnership with the Inco Molfetta Association, Italy, and the Asociatia Tineri Pentru Comunitate Bistrita, Romania, with support from the Erasmus + Program and the National Agency for European Educational Programs and Mobility.
During this last meeting, the partners discussed the possibilities of using the prepared Guide for the introduction of youth employment support services, as well as the possibilities of using the results of the YEI project after its completion, not only in partner organizations but also in other concerned organizations and institutions.
With the guide available in English, Italian, Macedonian and Romanian, the partners want to offer a comprehensive overview of the Youth Employment Initiative – employment support services provided by youth trainers to all professionals working in the field of social inclusion and youth employability. are interested in introducing and implementing such employment support services in their work with young people.
In addition, opportunities for networking and cooperation with other organizations in Europe and beyond for sharing knowledge and experience, and contributing to increasing youth employability were discussed.
During the meeting, the partners met with representatives of the Council of the Municipality of Molfeta, volunteers from other countries, and also had the opportunity to explore Molfeta and its beauties through an organized tour led by a tour guide.
