Starting from June 7th until June 11th, a five-day training “Training of Trainers”  for supported youth employment took place, in Krushevo, organized by  LAG Agro Leader within the frames of the “Youth Employment Initiative” project. The training was focused on presenting tools and methods that would help youth workers in their youth-oriented activities with young people regarding work and employment. The project, supported by the Erasmus + program and the National Agency for European Educational Programs and Mobility, is implemented in partnership with organizations from Italy and Romania, whose representatives have been equipped with skills which they can implement in supported employment services, as well as with new tools and methods that can be used in their daily work to ensure personal and professional development of young people.

Due to the high unemployment rate in the countries of the project organizations as well as the additional challenge of losing their job due to the pandemic and the inability to access the labor market to get employment, was the start point for creating this project initiative which with the support by Erasmus + the program has started to be realized.
